Description:
Under moderate supervision performs tasks associated requesting and obtaining authorizations. Organizes updates and maintains a worklist documenting progressing on tasks. Serves as the primary liaison between patient Hospital and thirdparty payers in answering questions and arranging payment. Answers and screens incoming calls while providing excellent customer service.
Effectively meets patient/customer needs; builds productive patient/customer relationships; takes responsibility for patient/customer satisfaction and loyalty. Has the ability to provide excellent service to both external and internal customers.
Minimum Experience:
2 years experience in medical office setting or hospital performing financial clearance processes. High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills: Ability to work with PC Microsoft Office
