Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Domain Trainee English On Site Bucharest
Responsibilities
- Design implement and drive scheduling systems to ensure efficient management of a team of / 50 members.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality
- Acquiring data from provided sources
- Interpret data and analyze results
- Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators
- Identify anomalies in various data sources
- Filter and clean data
- Incorporate data analysis into designated ongoing reports
- Use analyzed data to build reports identifying process improvement opportunities
- Enforce all organizational policies procedures standards and practices
- Other duties consistent with skills and experience as directed by the reporting manager
- Attending meetings set up by management
- Availability to deliver training to other associates whenever the direct outstanding requests it.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Proficient Excel knowledge
- Similar work experience preferred.
- Work experience with ERP systems (advantage);
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in MS office (mainly Excel);
- Good interpersonal skills and negotiating & dispute resolution skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Excellent customer orientation and ability of multitasking & tasks prioritization;
- Preferred Skills:
- ERP Knowledge (SAP Coupa knowledge is a plus);
- Presentation skills;
- Good time management & customer management
