An exciting opportunity to join Business Technology Solutions working in our Case Management Solutions Competency Centre.
We use a hybrid working model from the office and at home.
Joining our team you will be involved in supporting the team with the systems we look after. These systems include Assyst which we use for IT issue reporting as well as other internal functions like HR and Health and Safety. We also manage Verint CM Pro our customer case management system that enables citizens to communicate with the Council either online or via phone.
In this role you will be working to resolve issues for customers within the organisation and will have to respond to customer requests. You will have experience of following procedures in your work and be able to consider things from a customers point of view. You should be organised and able to communicate with a wide range of people.

The Person
If you meet the essential qualification criteria outlined in the role profile wed like to hear from you. You can consider the items in the role profile with a tick in the E column up to the section titled BTS SOLUTIONS SUPPORT OFFICER BUSINESS.
Educated to SCQF level 5 which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2 or Standard Grades at Credit level or equivalent
Before confirming to your appointment you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
