Our Expectations. Our Regional Property Managers manage and oversee multiple commercial properties including office building shopping centers and more. This person is responsible for the complete operation of income property including bottomline financial performance; reaching income goals as set forth by the CEO and client. Our RPM directs onsite personnel of the properties (if applicable) and provides operational and financial oversight and direction.

Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience
- Minimum two years experience in commercial property management
- CA Real Estate License (required)
- Professional Certification preferred (Boma ICSC CPM)
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate Finance Marketing or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of Yardi software a huge plus
