Job Title: Provider Enrollment Project Specialist
Job Summary
EyeCare Partners is currently seeking an enthusiastic and selfmotivated project specialist to join our growing Credentialing team and help drive operational excellence. This position serves as a key player in achieving business objectives within the Credentialing Department. The project specialist is responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of a project ensuring it stays on track with regards to the timeline and scope often by managing communication between stakeholders developing project plans tracking progress and reporting on key metrics to ensure successful project completion. Experience in provider credentialing is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Research analyze and produce Credentialing reports and dashboards
- Excellent Communication skills: verbal written and visual (diagrams info graphics slide decks etc.)
- The ability to lead follow and collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic setting.
- Collaborate with all departments on the rollout of new initiatives delivering needed information directly to front line staff and leadership.
- Schedule organize and facilitate project team meetings
- Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines across all departments and external resources.
- Facilitate resolution or escalation of processes issues and/or problems to leadership as necessary.
- Maintain status on project progress open issues and potential changes.
- Proactively identify any modifications to project scope timelines or objectives and ensure measures are taken both internally and externally to adjust to these changes as appropriate.
- Identify operational process improvements and execute successfully.
- Act as subject matter expert and maintain strong working relationships across the organization to ensure effective reporting problem solving and issue resolution
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.
- Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the organization.
Education Licensure & Certification Requirements
- High School or GED required
- Bachelors Degree (Business Technical or related field) preferred
Experience Requirements
- 2 years of experience in project management using results orientation and quality practices.
- 2 years of experience in Credentialing and provider enrollment
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Requirements
- Strong understanding of credentialing metrics
- Selfmotivated good work ethic organized embrace change and possess proven timemanagement skills.
- Able to multitask and work multiple computer programs at once
- Professional in appearance and actions
- Logical and Critical thinking skills. Review of current processes to improve provider services
- Customerfocused with excellent written listening and verbal communication skills

- Intermediate problem solving including mathematics
- Intermediate to Advanced computer operation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
- Travel to other site locations may be necessary. Thus those needing to travel for work must have access to dependable transportation and driving record must meet company liability carrier standards
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for this position; general understanding of HIPAA guidelines
Location:
For onsite team members work takes place in a normal office/clinical environment. Travel to other locations may be necessary to fulfill the essential duties and responsibilities of the job. Thus those needing to travel for work must have access to dependable transportation and their driving record must meet company liability carrier standards.
For remote team members maintain the ability to work in a remote environment while performing required duties and remaining patient focused. Able to work varying shifts including early mornings/evenings to attend meetings and cross training or support other initiatives.
The team member is responsible for providing and maintaining a workspace where interruptions are
