Job Description
Description of the role:
University Home Care is currently seeking a Personal Care Aide for our Dearborn MI location. The Personal Care Aide will be responsible for providing assistance and support to elderly or disabled clients in their homes with daily tasks and personal care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Document and report any changes in clients condition to the supervising nurse or care manager.
Requirements:
- Driver license
- Own transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
