The Partner Development Lead is a key role within Edelmans AI & Product Team. This role will operate externally with partners to drive towards targeted outcomes; and internally across many parts of product and business teams to ensure successful onboarding rollout and adoption of partners technology and offerings. The Partner Development Lead sits on the AI Ecosystem Team and reports to SVP of Ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

    • Own the daytodaypartnerrelationships across Edelmans network of strategic AIpartnerships and key technology vendors serving as a primary point of contact andpartneradvocate.
    • Develop manage and optimize longterm complex initiatives with Edelmans AIpartners across product integrations jointGTM activities and unique business offerings.
    • Lead the development execution and tracking ofpartnership success metrics to measure the impact of ourpartnerships.
    • Communicate and evangelizepartnerupdates and initiatives for internal and external audiences including executive updatespartnerbriefings andpartnership documentation.
    • Support the onboarding and integration of new AI technologypartners ensuring a smooth and successful rampup.
    • Work with Edelmans Enablement and Transformation teams to ensure successful awareness and adoption ofpartners capabilities.

Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience inpartnermanagement account management or a related strategicexternalfacing role
    • Experience in B2B tech environments or professional services / agency organizations
    • Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and experience working with technologypartners particularly in SaaS cloud platforms or emerging tech
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders
    • Strong organizational and project management capabilities including use of project management tools
$99000 $160000 a year

An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance travel requirements revenuebased metrics any contractual agreements and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEHs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses a Paid Time Off policy and regionspecific benefits.
