The Treasury Manager will be a key member of the Treasury team and will be responsible for leading a variety of assignments and deliverables including:
Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to apply corporate finance theory in the support of capital structure financial policy recommendations and strategic initiatives
Leverage knowledge of capital markets economic theory and banking industry to review and refine internally developed financial models and policies
Partner with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals and growth
Support strategy with capital structure debt management and capital market transactions to ensure the most efficient use of the companys capacity and borrowed monies
Works with lenders on special project funding needs of the company
Advise on Enterprise Value Added (EVA) and Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) concepts calculations and analysis
Review accounting reports before distribution to outsiders related to funding programs
Support execution of private placement funding transactions
Prepares information for outsiders on operations and financial conditions for lenders to evaluate credit risk of the company
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external parties
Act as a liaison to our banking partners building strong relationships and partnerships
Monitor the capital markets and general economy
Various adhoc projects to support business units as well as corporate objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required Masters degree a plus
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; minimum of 3 years in Finance Accounting or a related field
Strong understanding of financial concepts (time value of money capital structure cost of capital return on equity interest rate risk liquidity risk etc.)
Familiarity with financial statement analysis
Ability to read and interpret complex legal agreements
Strong organizational analytical negotiation and project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivated /selfstarter comfortable with a fastpaced work environment and tight deadlines
Experience with capital markets and or FP&A preferred
