Job Description
Plan and coordinate liquidity management in line with the company s risk and business strategy
Define and implement treasury management measures based on partial risk strategy and risk appetite
Prepare internal reporting and materials for the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO)
Analyze and assess new regulatory requirements (e.g. CRR MaRisk) and translate them into concrete action plans for Treasury
Drive optimization and automation of treasury processes
Collaborate on strategic treasury projects and liaise with auditors and refinancing partners
Requirements
- Master s degree in economics business mathematics or a similar discipline (natural sciences also welcome)
- Initial experience in capital markets or bank treasury is a plus
- Strong analytical and structured working style with a solution-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn and engage with new topics
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
