Job Description

Our client specializing in the academic industry based in Centurion is looking for Digital Learning & Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This business is part of a large group of companies. The company is not necessarily looking for the most experienced person. Willing to allow the right person with an eager attitude to grow within the business. Wordpress would be very helpful as the majority of this role requires web developer / web designing.

Duties & Responsibilities

In order to be considered the following is required:
  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education Communications Marketing or a related field
  • Experience: 25 years in instructional design elearning development or LMS administration
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g. Moodle TalentLMS SAP SuccessFactors Cornerstone or similar)
  • Experience with elearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate Camtasia or similar)
  • Graphic design and video editing experience (Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar)
  • Familiarity with SCORM xAPI or AICC compliance
  • Experience with content marketing and digital promotion strategies
  • Ability to create engaging marketing materials for training programs
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging content
  • Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
  • Design develop and manage courses on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Create engaging and interactive elearning content using various authoring tools
  • Develop course materials including presentations videos assessments and quizzes
  • Ensure courses align with company goals and industry standards
  • Manage and update LMS content troubleshoot technical issues and optimize the platform
  • Track and analyze learner engagement and course effectiveness
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures emails social media content and promotional videos to promote training programs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create accurate and effective learning materials
  • Ensure accessibility and compliance with learning regulations (e.g. SCORM AICC xAPI)
