Location: Carol Stream IL
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Type: Fulltime Inperson
- Post job listings and manage applications
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews
- Guide candidates through the hiring process
- Support new hire onboarding
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day
- Friendly confident and professional
- Organized and detailoriented
- No recruiting experience needed well train you!
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required
- $18.00/hour starting pay
- Monday to Friday 95:30 schedule (no weekends or nights)
- Paid time off (PTO)
