Job Summary / Scope:
The Senior Specialist Global Learning Management System oversees the management development and support of the enterprise wide LMS including system administration and support content management user management basic system configuration reporting user training internal processes and governance system enhancements and vendor management. The Senior Specialist Global Learning Management System will collaborate globally across the organization with divisional regional and functional stakeholders to ensure the LMS meets business needs and supports the delivery of impactful learning and development solutions. The Senior Specialist Global Learning Management System is a key member of our Global Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness Team.
System Administration and Support:
Oversee the daytoday administration and maintenance of the Global Learning Management System (LMS) including content management user management and reporting to ensure effective learning delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all regional / local LMS administrators and other business stakeholders for LMSrelated issues.
Troubleshoot Tier 1 system navigation and process questions and issues provide timely support and guidance and coordinate with / escalate to the HR Systems Team to resolve more complex (Tier 2) technical matters.
Track and delegate training and reporting requests to appropriate regional/local LMS administrator or learning owner.
Audit system activities and data to ensure consistency relevance effectiveness and compliance with established processes from a global perspective. Implement appropriate corrections and remedies and / or works through the appropriate regional / local LMS administrator to resolve.
Ensure that the Global LMS is up to date and aligned with best practices.
Governance and Content Management:
Manage the overall picture of learning catalogs integrated content and communities within the system to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
Ensure appropriate mapping of new and existing learning content within the LMS to internal competencies and skills to enable effective system performance.
Provide oversight for regional / local LMS administrators and internal Learning Owners to ensure that highquality relevant learning content is included within the LMS.
Create and manage learning resources activities assessments instructors courses and learning paths to support organizational learning needs.
Create and upload SCORM content.
User Management and Learning Assignments:
Create and manage global learning assignments / enrollments to support learning needs as well as monitor learning progress and completions.
Reporting and Analytics:
Use dashboards and reports to evaluate achievement of learning goals and generate detailed reports on user engagement learner performance learning completion rates and learning effectiveness etc.
Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving effectiveness and utilization of the LMS.
Partner with People Analytics Team on creation of custom dashboard and analytics.
Project Management:
Partner with the HR Systems and other business departments to lead LMSrelated projects and initiatives to support system enhancements integrations and customizations.
Manage project timelines resources and deliverables related to LMS projects and initiatives to ensure effective and timely delivery.
Training Processes and Governance:
Develop user guides job aids tutorials training and other educational materials to support effective and compliant use of the LMS.
Create and manage internal processes governance and documentation to support effective and compliant system administration and utilization.
Provide and promote the use of branding guidelines and content templates to learning owners.
Vendor and Technology Management:
Work closely with internal SMEs and external learning / system vendors to enable integration of external learning content manage updates troubleshoot issues and implement new features.
Evaluate and manage the usage of eLearning technology and tools (ex. Articulate 360 Captivate Canva Illustra Vyond etc.) within the organization and provide recommendations on appropriate technology and tools to meet business needs.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Learning Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration in a global enterprise environment is required. Strong experience with SCORM files and one or more Learning Management System (LMS) platforms (ex. Oracle Learning Cloud Workday Litmos Docebo etc.) is required.
Planning and Results: Advanced skills in collecting analyzing and presenting data and insights to global leaders and key stakeholders. Strong technical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent problemsolving troubleshooting and analytical skills. Intermediate project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks. Detailoriented with superior organizational skills.

Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Continuous learning mindset and ability to stay current on emerging learning technologies and trends.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 Applications (ex. Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience with Oracle Learning Cloud (LMS) administration and configuration is preferred.
Familiarity with integration of learning management systems with other applications / systems (ex. LinkedIn Learning Salesforce etc.).
Experience guiding and coaching regional / local LMS administrators in effective LMS practices and usage to meet business needs and ensure compliance with internal processes and governance.
Familiarity with common instructional design / authoring tools for eLearning and file formats (SCORM AICC etc.).
Aptitude to learn and recommend new system features functionality and applications to address business needs
Work Environment:
Inoffice schedule applies at the HQ Offices in San Ramon CA or Victor NY.
Prolonged sitting in front of a computer reading data creating business documents etc.
Regular communication via email phone virtual meeting tools and inperson meetings with key stakeholders.
Travel:
Some limited travel is expected in this role approximately 5% (3 weeks per year) as required by the business and always with advance notice to help manage any life commitments.
For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation the starting base pay for this role is between $109916.00 and $146194.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
