Job Description
What We Want From You:
- Completed IT-related training or a degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Good knowledge of the current Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Active Directory and network technology
- Active commitment resilience and teamwork
- Very good communication skills and a strong service mindset
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Fluent in written and spoken English
These Are Your Tasks:
- Responsibility for 1st level support of our IT landscape
- Ensuring the smooth processing of all user enquiries
- Installation configuration and administration of IT end devices
- Central point of contact for employees as well as training on new processes and applications
- Maintenance of the Active Directory
- Support and analysis of the network (LAN VPN TCP/IP DNS DHCP etc.)
- Support in (international) IT projects
