Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly conducting needsassessment discussions
• Guide vehicle selection test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Engage with clients identify and capture their requirements and tailor every interaction to provide a personalized experience.
• Structure the deal and appraise trades using our stateoftheart software (with manager support available as needed)
• Present finance & insurance products in a professional transparent manner
• Obtain lender approvals directly finalize paperwork and ensure a stressfree vehicle delivery
• Follow up afterward to maintain high guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide a fast fair and transparent vehicle purchasing process.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Adept at handling various webbased platforms including DMS CMS and email tools in an entirely digital paperless setting. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences every time
• Selfmotivated with a passion for cars and clients.
• Exceptionally quick learner capable of rapidly mastering new skills and adapting to changing environments.
