Job Description

Join a leading provider of Contact Center Software Integration solutions Unified Communications Audio Visuals and Managed IT Services helping businesses optimize their communication and collaboration strategies.

We at Damovo Poland are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d). In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing strategic customer relationships identifying new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle. This role requires a proactive and consultative sales approach ensuring tailored solutions that address client needs.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify qualify and secure new business opportunities within enterprise and midmarket segments
  • Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers
  • Collaborate with internal teams including presales technical consultants and project managers to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive positioning
  • Manage and negotiate complex sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals business cases and product demonstrations
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities pipeline management and forecasts in CRM systems

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales ideally in IT solutions Contact Centers Unified Communications AV or Software Integration services
  • Strong experience in solution selling consultative sales and strategic account management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highvalue accounts and long sales cycles
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is required
  • Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field is preferred
