Job Description
The Operations Analyst at Euroclear Bank is responsible for delivering outstanding cash or securities operations service to our clients. You may focus on specific business areas such as transaction processing asset servicing collateral management funds banking reconciliation or investigations. You will have the opportunity to lead or contribute to projects that drive operational efficiency mitigate risk ensure quality adhere to regulatory requirements and support central initiatives. As an Operations Analyst you will manage a mix of highly specialized operations. These tasks frequently necessitate detailed research or investigation beyond standard procedures ensuring flawless execution and client happiness. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
- Demonstrate indepth knowledge of Banks products services and procedures within your area of expertise.
- Previous experience in Euroclear or a backoffice banking environment is advantageous for direct access to this function.
- Achieve a high level of versatility in most tasks and processes within the team.
- Adequately manage processes address issues when necessary and solve problems collaboratively with the team leader.
- Handle risky operations with utmost care and precision.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiency of the team.
- Engage in problemsolving sessions identify gaps in working methods and review operational procedures in your area of expertise.
- Participate in projects or initiatives aimed at improving operational performance.
- Train and mentor team members in specific processes encouraging a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a backoffice banking environment or similar field.
- Strong knowledge of financial products services and operational procedures.
- Outstanding problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage risky operations with a high degree of precision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
