Job Description
The Role
- Create various US Open signs (i.e. hospitality signs directional signs logos for onsite use fire safety signs and sponsor signs)
- Order inventory sign supplies vinyl Plexiglas and tools for all US Open projects
- Assist with the installation and removal of signs
- Keep a daily log of all signs created (i.e. quantity size and department)
- Keep the sign room organized
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be creative and have the ability to design layouts
- Must have experience using Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to learn graphics software and operate large format printer/plotter
- Must possess Microsoft Office skills
- Punctual and presentable shift attendance neatly groomed in a clean wellmaintained uniform
- Must maintain a positive demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work the full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days nights weekends and extended hours
- Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- This position is nonexempt
