Job Description

Ohel is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Program Coordinator to lead initiatives that enhance community engagement expand program reach and improve the lives individuals who have developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. This role involves designing and implementing outreach strategies to introduce Ohels mission and services to new communities while building partnerships with local organizations. The Program Coordinator will work closely with families and individuals to develop and implement individualized plans that may include supported employment vocational training life skills development and community integration. Candidate will assist with administrative tasks and support program staff to ensure services reflect Ohels mission and meet regulatory standards. This position reports to and supports the Program Supervisor. Successful candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented. The candidate should be a multitasker who can successfully navigate a fastpaced professional team while promoting professionalism at all times. Candidates must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This parttime role is based in Teaneck NJ with potential to grow into a fulltime position. Travel within New Jersey will be required for meetings and outreach as needed.

Salary: $30.00 $35.00 per hour
