Your Team Your Impact
Enterprise Networking Product Management team responsible for Marvells product portfolio consisting of Ethernet Switches PHYs Processors and Fibre Channel controllers targeted to Enterprise Networking market.What You Can Expect
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise switching software products.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering marketing sales and customer support to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and highquality product delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the product lifecycle including product launches updates and endoflife planning.
- Create and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in product management preferably in the networking or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise switching technologies and software.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex software products from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Experience with PLM tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloudbased networking solutions and SDN (SoftwareDefined Networking).
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
$ per annumThe successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
