Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Associates is an outpatient endoscopic facility specializing in colonoscopy flexible sigmoidoscopy and upper endoscopy. The center has five GI endoscopy procedure rooms with stateoftheart safety and diagnostic equipment. We are committed to safe highquality patientcentered care delivered by a highly engaged team. RN / Center Director
We are currently searching for a Full Time RN / Center Director to work Mondays Fridays who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor operational activities for effective and efficient management of daily operations.
Work collaboratively with Medical Directors Board Members Director of Operations and Clinical Director
Direct supervision of nursing and patient care.
Oversee medical staff allied health credentialing and human resources.
Direct and participate in the centers Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee (QAPI).
Manage services provided by contracted vendors.
Develop interpret and implement policies procedures regulations programs and recommended practices to meet requirements of regulatory and accrediting organizations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to infection control environment of care and emergency preparedness.
Monitor and analyze monthly operating reports to promote cost containment and efficient use of Centers resources.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from a fouryear accredited College or University; Masters Degree preferred.
At least five (5) years of healthcaremanagement experience.
At least one (1) year experience in an ASC.
Active RN License.
CPR Certification and ACLS Certification.
Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently.
Able to recognize and define problems collect data establish facts draw valid conclusions and correct errors in a timely professional manner.
Ability to effectively present information respond to questions and professionally interact verbally and/or in writing with others.
Computer literacy including experience working with Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook and Smartsheets.
