Test Lead with cucumberseleniumJava
Job Summary
The Test Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the testing activities related to cucumber selenium and Java projects. The individual will ensure the quality and efficiency of software testing processes create test strategies and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver highquality products. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate all testing activities for cucumber selenium and java projects
2. Develop test strategies plans and scripts for effective testing of software applications
3. Execute test cases identify defects and track them to closure
4. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of highquality software
5. Mentor and train team members on testing best practices and automation tools
6. Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in using cucumber selenium and java for test automation
2. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
3. Ability to develop and execute test cases scripts and scenarios
4. Experience in leading testing activities and managing cross functional teams
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders
6. Detail oriented with strong problemsolving abilities
Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or Advanced Level (CTAL) certification is preferred
