Location: Lisbon Portugal (Onsite)
Languages: Native Portuguese (European) English (B2)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our Portuguese market in Lisbon. Your Role:
- Provide outstanding customer support to users of our Betting App
- Assist customers with queries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Provide expert advice on app usage betting features and technical troubleshooting
- Work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts including night shifts to support our customers around the clock
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering topquality service at all times
Requirements:
- Native Portuguese (European) and English at a B2 level
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to handle a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
- Customeroriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Availability for rotating shifts including night shifts and 2 days off (rotative)
