Salary is EUR 1250 per month gross with bonuses
As a FrenchSpeaking Customer Care Representative your mission is to deliver worldclass service to the users. You will be the voice of one of the most recognized and innovative tech companies in the world helping customers by phone chat and emailresolving inquiries providing product support and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Provide outstanding support to Frenchspeaking customers across various channels (calls emails chat).
Assist with general inquiries product features technical troubleshooting and accountrelated issues.
Guide users through the ecosystem products including iPhones iPads MacBooks and iCloud.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely accurate and empathetic assistance.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
Fluent in French (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work remotely with good selfdiscipline and time management.
Techsavvy with an interest in technology.
Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus.
Must be currently residing in Portugal or willing to relocate.
Remote work flexibility within Portugal.
