Salary is EUR 875 per month gross with bonuses

In This Role You Will:

Process supplier invoices in the internal system

Clarify invoicerelated queries with suppliers

Handle supplier communication via phone and email

Assess situations for escalation when needed

Connect suppliers with the client when necessary
Youll Be a Great Fit If You:

Are fluent in Polish (written and spoken) and confident in English (B2)

Bring strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Have solid Excel skills and effective communication abilities

Work independently and manage tasks through to completion

Are responsible flexible dynamic and resilient
