Customer Care with an Insurance Company (Dutch Language)
Office Location is Av. MediterrneoLisboa Portugal
Salary is EUR 1100 per month gross with bonuses

If youre eager to grow and be inspired as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon Portugal (OnSite) youll play a crucial role in ensuring performance goals are met across all operations. You will also contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences helping achieve excellence in quality efficiency and customer journey improvements.

What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:

Assist clients with inquiries about their insurance policies through calls or chats
-
Process requests by entering data into our client policy administration system or by sending necessary documents such as information contract documents etc.

Manage the indexing and electronic archiving of documents in our system
-
Handle policy change requests and update payment details

Process claims and cancellations
Your qualifications
This role is a great fit if you:

Are fluent in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (B2)

Have previous customer experience (preferred but not required)

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous approach

Are proactive selfmotivated and a great team player
