What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to provide expert guidance on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners products and services via phone or email.

• Reviewing customer requests making informed decisions and processing them efficiently.

• Demonstrating strong problemsolving abilities and analytical skills.

• Contributing to continuous improvement efforts focused on customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

Were looking for individuals who:

• Are fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.

• Possess excellent communication skills with a knack for empathy and collaboration.

• Enjoy identifying customer needs and finding quick effective solutions.

• Are proactive resultsdriven selfmotivated and thrive in a teamoriented environment.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
