As we expand our healthcare support operations were looking for Frenchspeaking Customer Care Specialists to be part of something meaningful in Braga.
As a Customer Care Specialist you will be the first point of contact for Frenchspeaking users of a leading digital health platform. Your mission: support users with technical questions guide them through product features and help them navigate their health journey with compassion and clarity.
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone email and chat from users in French.
Assist users with account management appointment scheduling and general troubleshooting.
Educate users on the platforms features best practices and healthcare resources.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain highquality service standards in a regulated sensitive environment.
Act as a brand ambassadorempathic knowledgeable and customercentric.
Fluent in French (C1/C2) and comfortable communicating in English (B2 or higher).
Experience in customer service or a clientfacing rolepreferably in healthcare tech or support environments.
Excellent communication skills with a calm and professional demeanor.
Good tech skillsyoure confident navigating multiple systems and learning new tools.
A desire to help others and contribute to digital health innovation.
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit.
