Salary is EUR 1700 per month gross with bonuses

About the Client
Youll be working with a leading Social Media brand known and loved around the world.
Your Role

Support toptier clients across multiple channels: chat email and phone

Help businesses grow by expanding their use of selfservice advertising platforms

Deliver pre and postsales support for a variety of digital products

Offer expert product and tool guidance to enhance the client experience

Troubleshoot technical and delivery issues and provide timely resolutions

Share feedback and insights to improve services and tools

Identify opportunities for clients to maximize their results

Nativelevel Hebrew and strong English skills (B2 or higher)
