This is a remote position.
At Ancient Remedies we help people reclaim their health the natural way through time-tested knowledge and science-backed wellness solutions. We re a fast-growing direct response brand selling books essential oils and supplements with a mission to make natural healing simple and accessible for everyone.
The Opportunity
Were looking for a creative data-driven and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. Youll be instrumental in growing our online community increasing brand awareness for both our existing book offerings and our new supplement line and driving engagement across all relevant platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the social presence of a brand that is making a real impact on peoples health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Ancient Remedies brand identity and business objectives including the launch of our new supplement line.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram Pinterest TikTok YouTube X) including content creation scheduling publishing and community management.
- Create engaging high-quality and on-brand content (including graphics videos stories and written posts) that resonates with our target audience and promotes our books and upcoming supplements.
- Monitor social media trends tools and applications and apply that knowledge to current and future social media efforts.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance identify insights and optimize content and campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
- Develop and implement paid social media campaigns to drive traffic leads and sales for both books and supplements.
- Engage with our online community respond to comments and messages and foster a positive and interactive environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing content and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Identify and engage with influencers and partners to expand our reach and amplify our message.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in social media natural health and e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience (3 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role preferably within the health wellness or e-commerce industries.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns is a plus.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms their algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and strong copywriting abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to analyze data draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for natural health herbal remedies and holistic wellness is highly desirable.
