About the Job:
Our client is a leading electronic showroom located in Colombo 4 known for offering highquality electronics and exceptional customer service. As they continue to expand they are seeking a Sales Manager Dealer/Corporate to drive sales develop strategies and manage relationships with corporate clients and dealers. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in corporate/dealer sales preferably in electronics with strong leadership and communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a reputable company in the electronics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate and dealer targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electronics sector.
- Manage and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements:
- Full or parttime professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a corporate/dealer sales role preferably in the electronics sector.
- Previous experience in the electronics industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and peoplehandling skills.
- Ability to use initiative and drive sales performance.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Preferred age: Below 40 years.

Salary: Rs. 150000.00 to Rs. 175000.00 Monthly Target Incentive Vehicle Allowance
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
- Saturday: Half Day (8:30 AM 1:30 PM)
