About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Java Tech Leads to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Spring Boot Microservices and containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker along with proven leadership experience. Familiarity with a modern frontend framework such as Angular React or is desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers through the design development and deployment of Javabased applications
- Drive technical architecture code quality and design reviews
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including QA DevOps and Product Management
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure timely and highquality delivery of projects
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of handson experience in Java/J2EE development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot Microservices architecture and REST API development
- Proficiency in Core Java J2EE JSP Servlets Struts Hibernate and Webservices
- Working knowledge of Docker Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with at least one frontend technology: Angular React or
- Knowledge of JavaScript jQuery AJAX and responsive UI design
- Familiarity with application servers like Tomcat WebLogic or WebSphere
- Advanced understanding of objectoriented design principles and design patterns
- Excellent communication and leadership skillsExperience in Agile development methodology and using tools like JIRA Git Maven etc.
Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Only
Form of employment: Fulltime until further notice we apply 6 months probationary employment.
