Job Description & Summary
Managing business performance in todays complex and rapidly changing business environment is crucial for any organizations shortterm and longterm success. However ensuring streamlined E2E Oracle fusion technical to seamlessly adapt to the changing business environment is crucial from a process and compliance perspective. As part of the Technology Consulting Business Applications Oracle Practice team we leverage opportunities around digital disruption new age operating model and best in class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients
*Responsibilities:
410 years of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
Should have completed minimum ONE endtoend implementations in Fusion HCM upgradation lift and shift and support projects experience
Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion HCM Functional modules like Core HR Benefits and Compensation
Good understanding of Enterprise configuration Workforce Structures FlexFields Security and Roles
Good understanding on how to create compensation cycles elements etc.
Should have considerable knowledge on Benefit plan configurations
Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence
Experience in working with Oracle Support for various issue resolutions
Should have experience on how to conduct patch/smoke/regression testing & change/update test scripts.
Should have good communication presentation analytical and problemsolving skills
Coordinate with team to close the client requests on a timely basis and meet the SLA
Experience in supporting year end activities
High level of knowledge of other Fusion modules like Talent Management Workforce management & Payroll functionality is a plus
