Job Description
What you will do:
Investigate and manage customer complaints
Investigate and manage internal and supplier deviations
Internal auditing
Document Management
Support production
Who you are:
Demonstratable success in improving processes to reduce defects
In depth knowledge and use of quality tools and techniques including Lean
Have a good understanding of ISO9001 and its requirements
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role in a manufacturing environment working with steel and NDT requirements
Internal auditing to ISO9001
