The Role
As a Product Designer youll play a critical role in shaping the tools schools and educators rely on daily. Youll work endtoendfrom discovery and strategy to polished UIalongside a crossfunctional team of PMs Engineers and other Designers.
This is a highimpact opportunity to contribute to a fastgrowing missiondriven startup and help define how education staffing works in the UK and beyond.
What Youll Do
Lead design projects across web and mobile platforms
Run discovery activities (research mapping ideation prototyping)
Deliver wireframes user flows and highfidelity UI
Contribute to and evolve our design system
Use data and research to guide design decisions
Help support and uplift the design team
What Were Looking For
3 years in Product Design or UX/UI ideally in a fastpaced environment
A portfolio showing strong UX thinking and endtoend process
Figma expertise and comfort working in design systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Pragmatic problemsolver who balances users business and tech
Bonus: experience with marketplaces education or staffing platforms
