Job Description

Technical Sales Manager required with a focus on the fastestmoving segment in mobility this is a unique opportunity join a battery tech startup driving 2wheeler and specialty EV disruption across Europe


Our client is a venturebacked battery startup redefining charging for highgrowth mobility sectors. Their ultrafast lithiumion tech powers 2wheelers delivery EVs and utility vehicles in urban and lastmile markets. With deep R&D fullstack capability and realworld traction they move fast and think bold. Youll lead commercial expansion across Europes 2wheeler and small EV landscape unlocking market share winning strategic customers and bringing nextgen battery tech into fleet and vehicle platforms that scale. Youll be key to winning the race in sectors where charging speed cost and performance mean everything.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and lead technical sales into 2W OEMs and other micromobility markets.
  • Deliver custom battery solutions through consultative engineeringled engagement.
  • Define gotomarket playbook across target micromobility segments.
  • Own endtoend customer developmentfrom pitch to postlaunch support.
  • Build brand presence at key industry events and expos.

MustHave Requirements:

  • Strong grasp of 2Wheeler and smallformat EV market dynamics in Europe.
  • 5 years in technical sales or BD in EV battery or mobility sectors.
  • Proven track record of new business development successes.
  • Background in battery systems charging infrastructure or power electronics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a handson ambiguous fastgrowth environment.
  • Strong communicator able to simplify tech and close strategic deals.
  • Existing network across 2W and micromobility OEMs.
