Were hiring! Our international team in Sofia is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is fluent in Czech to support a global brand known for highquality customer experience.

Location: Onsite role based in Sofia Bulgaria
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (5 working days 8 hours per shift) with 2 days off weekly
Relocation Assistance Provided including travel expense coverage
Your Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone chat and email in a professional and friendly manner

Offer assistance with account details order status product information and troubleshooting

Keep records of customer interactions accurately using internal tools

Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience

Escalate more complex issues as needed and track them through to resolution

Stay current with company services campaigns and updates
What Youll Need:

Native or nearnative Czech (C2 level)
-
Strong English skills (B2) for internal communication and training

Previous experience in customerfacing roles is an advantage

Excellent communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a structured multicultural setting
