Equitable is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Activation Specialist to join our Group Retirement Commercial Line of Business Marketing. The Marketing Manager Employee Benefits Business works closely with other members of the Employee Benefits business and the Marketing CoE (Center of Excellence) to provide marketing support for the EB LOB. This position is a hybrid with a blend of inperson and remote work schedule out of our Charlotte NC (preferred) or New York City office.
The base salary range for this position is $750000 $90000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical location. In addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and shortterm incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the companys business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Channel Marketing: Knowledge of various channel marketing strategies and solutions used to carry out a marketing plan.
Influence and Action: Ability to influence different groups within the organization to deliver their portion of the campaign plan and drive action across different groups.
Martech Tools: Knowledge of methods tools and technologies used in managing work flows and ability to improve existing processes and create new ones.
Data & Analytics: Knowledge of insights & analytics; ability to work with data teams to build comprehensive measurement plans including focus on test and learn capabilities.
