Avantor a Global Fortune 500 company is looking for a dedicated Intern to optimize our Biopharma Production organization. This Bridgewater NJ/ Innovation Center role is temporary (four months) fulltime onsite.

What we are looking for

The Intern will:

• Assist in data analysis and data modelling to understand the correlation of process parameters and product characteristics.
• Conduct experimental work following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) principles
• Setup and conduct experiments
• Follow other protocols under the general direction of a Scientists and/or managers

The successful candidate will:

• Work on assessing the impact of use of new raw materials to produce existing products.
• Utilize data analysis and data modelling to establish the boundary conditions for the synthesis process.
• Assist in completing risk assessments
• Conduct lab experiments

The work environment is a laboratory/office setting and the appropriate PPE will be required in designated areas. The Associate Scientist may occasionally travel to other Avantor locations or customer sites.
