Your role as a Account RepresentativeSupply dept

As a Sales Representative at HME Specialists you will excel in territory management by focusing on a diverse range of critical products including wound care and dressings tracheostomy supplies urological ostomy solutions incontinence products and enteral nutrition supplies. You will have the exciting opportunity to connect with various call points such as pediatric specialty clinics hospital case managers wound care centers and primary care physicians ensuring that medical professionals have the necessary tools to improve patient outcomes. Your role will involve building strong relationships with healthcare providers including podiatrists and family practice clinics all while demonstrating your commitment to problemsolving and customercentricity in an energetic and professional environment. To thrive as a Sales Representative at HME Specialists a blend of technical acumen and interpersonal skills is essential. You must be proficient in utilizing CRM software to maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts ensuring that documentation for billing and collection is both complete and precise. Strategic time management and territory planning are crucial for maximizing patient growth and establishing new business with referral sources. Excellent communication abilities are necessary to educate healthcare professionals on the application of our services effectively. Additionally conducting sales calls and creating detailed call plans will enable you to qualify and maintain relationships with referral sources in the medical community.

Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager and Supply team leadership will further bolster your success in meeting strategic goals driving both personal and company growth in Albuquerques medical supply market.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts ensuring information is sent to reimbursement offices for billing and collection.
  • Ensures billing documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Strategically manage territory and time to maximize growth of new patients served.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with referral sources. Educate referral sources on the use and application of HMES services.
  • Conduct sales calls to establish new and maintain ongoing business with referral sources in the medical community.
  • Creates and maintain call plans to qualify new and maintain existing referrals to grow the business.
  • Enters call plan and outcomes into the CRM.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Manager to review sales territory call plan to achieve strategic goals.
  • Partner with Supply team leadership to target accounts
  • create account focus and awareness
