- Oversee daily service operations for commercial vehicles
- Ensure timely and efficient service to customers
- Manage team of service technicians and support staff
- Coordinate with sales and parts departments
- Maintain quality standards and compliance
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial vehicle service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry and commercial vehicles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Understanding of service operations and customer satisfaction
