Production Specialist
Location: 2100 Gardner Expressway Quincy IL 62301
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday Friday 1:30 PM 10:00 PM)
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: $22.35/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential
Job Duties
Grain and waste handling through scraping shoveling and sweeping up soybean product and byproduct
Operate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractors with front loaders skidsteers manlifts forklifts UTVs etc.
Monitor product quality specifications
Collect product samples and transport them to the lab
Utilize computer systems to input and record data as required regarding safety sanitation maintenance and process equipment operation
Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
Monitor and measure tank levels
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Knowledge understanding and adherence to all safety policies and procedures
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Requirements
18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Valid Drivers License
Basic computer skills
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending lifting up to 50 pounds kneeling climbing crawling and twisting with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat cold dust loud noise etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in elevated areas
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to work overtime including holidays nights weekends or differential shifts
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried nonexempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:
$22.35 $1.00 shift differential
