Job Title: Office Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual Japanese/English)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Location: Located in the area about 5 minutes east of Gardena near Torrance.
Pay: $20 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Office Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
The main responsibility is to arrange outgoing shipments based on customer orders in coordination with our warehouse team that handles picking and packing.
This role involves frequent use of Excel.
You will work as part of a collaborative office team sharing and completing daily tasks together.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Bilingual in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Previous office experience preferred
Excel proficiency required (basic functions; VLOOKUP is a plus)
