QUALIFICATIONS:

Requirements for Lead Clinical Social Worker
- Masters Degree Social Work (MSW)
- Bachelors Degree (BSW): Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Psychology Sociology or a related fields.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Licensed Social Worker (LMSW; or Certified Social Worker (CSW). Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Minimum of Four (4) years of experience in a clinical setting preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States
SKILLS:
Skills and Abilities Required for Lead Clinical Social Worker
- Clinical Social Work
- Social Worker in an Acute Care/Hospital setting
- LCSW in Care Management at a hospital
- Medicare Patient Population related to Discharge Planning
- Hospital Social Worker or Hospital Discharge Planner
