What you will do:
Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy
Guide others to deconstruct and extract the strategy from a wellwritten marketing plan
Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors
Share marketing intelligence and information with team
Establish pricing strategy including contract pricing
Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity
Demonstrate financial acumen
Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business
Supervise others in their use of data collection analysis and reporting tools
Lead a team of professionals: develop employees which includes hiring communicating company policies coaching and counseling administering performance appraisals and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures
Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development
Hold team accountable to deliver high quality results with passion energy and drive to meet business priorities
Collaborate and influence others on crossfunctional teams advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Bachelors degree required
8 years of work experience required
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
MBA preferred
7 years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
2 years of people management experience preferred
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word & PowerPoint)
