COME AND JOIN US . . .
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic professional and highly responsible Shooting School Activity Instructor who loves the outdoors.
In line with current legislation governing Air Rifle use applicants must be 21 years of age or over. We also require you to hold a full UK driving licence.
The on target earning potential for this role is 14.83 / per hour comprising a base hourly rate of 12.33 plus a qualified estimate of 2.50 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks benefits and rewards
This is a 3Month Fixed Term opportunity from June 2025 to August 2025 inclusive with a working pattern of 09:0017:30 over 5 days (Wednesday and Sunday are days off)

- Delivering archery and air rifle instruction professionally and to the highest standards ensuring our guests always have an experience theyll want to share never forget and want return to
- Supporting our summer Kids Adventure programme bringing energy creativity and joy to every activity
- Ensuring all equipment is fully operational and expertly maintained to the highest standard making sure every element of the preparation is perfect and each lesson is safe seamless and flawlessly executed
- Introducing children and young adults to the excitement of the sport while creating moments of laughter learning and unforgettable fun
- Interacting with our guests always warm professional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

- Youve a love for conversation and guest interaction proactively sharing your knowledge and answering questions related to our industry with a warm and thoughtful approach and genuine enthusiasm
- Committed to setting and upholding the highest professional standards yourself you also set an example to others
- Ideally youll already hold a First Aid qualificationif not well be delighted to support you in achieving this
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; youre passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive can do attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; youre well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
