We have an exciting role in our Marketing department for a Senior Marketing Executive supporting the Head of Marketing and Almus Alvita Brand Manager. This is a vital business role facing into key commercial teams championing the brands on key projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively working with Brand/Category Managers to build and deliver effective marketing plans/activities (including adverts sales aids POS brochures publications and leaflets) to increase the profile of our brands and services and drive sales within the various markets as agreed in this years marketing plans.
- To own the creation of the annual Marketing Activation strategy plans in conjunction with the commercial Heads of (all key brands / functions) in line with their commercial objectives and implement the agreed activities to help deliver the businesss financial objectives. Ensure all plans are constructed to a timeline that feeds into the annual brand planning calendar / budget process.
- Develop data driven email campaigns that deliver commercial opportunities for our services functions and brands including Almus and Alvita (working in conjunction with the Almus Alvita Brand Manager) that support the financial objectives of key stakeholders.
- Set and review success of all activities vs. KPIs and propose next steps and key learnings. Implement changes briefing accordingly across all stakeholders.
- Support the Head of Marketing in the development and delivery of strategic marketing projects/campaigns (as required) support Almus and Alvita Brand Manager with BAU activities.
- Lead the development look and feel of marketing collateral that feeds into the RFP process ensuring that it is continually reviewed to enhance the customer experience and deliver against the companies changing service capabilities.
- Own the development of the upstream and downstream RFP (Request for Proposal) brochure and video.
- Develop collateral in conjunction with the Client Services team / key stakeholders to secure ongoing partnerships with external suppliers and manufacturers.
- Be the teams UK Brands Champion across all brands lead on governance of the brands and branded collateral (internal or customerfacing including letterheads stationery signatures PPT decks etc.)
- Brief manage and motivate external agency partners (design agencies printing houses) and other suppliers providing creative input strong attention to detail and ensuring all updates are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Ensure customerfacing marketing materials (e.g. publications; flyers; local marketing materials) are in line with agreed brand guidelines ensuring consistency and appropriateness of style. Gain approval from IBG/Cencora when required.
- Support creating engaging internal marketing brand materials and collateral to help drive colleague awareness and engagement.
- Support the Head of Marketing in the development and delivery of strategic marketing projects/campaigns (as required).
- Champion the customer experience and look for opportunities to improve it through all marketing activities.
- Lead the partnership with CIG and other trade publications to create the annual advertising schedule monitoring spend to budget guidelines. Ensure the submission of the agreed advertising collateral to trade magazines in line with the agreed plan liaising with contacts at the trade publications.
- Develop with the agencies any new trade adverts required to support awareness drives for other areas of the business gain approval from UK and Group stakeholders where required.

- Excellent planning and organisation skills.

- Excellent project management; previous experience in analysis of ROI for projects is preferable.

- Good IT skills e.g. power point; Marketing Cloud; Office 365 excel manipulation.
