Our client focused on National Security is looking for a Customer Support Analyst with Positive Vetting level clearance (PV) for a 12month contract (with extension options) to operate from their Canberra location.
The successful candidate will work as Customer Support Analyst who will act as the first point of contact for service queries receiving and handling requests for support. They will respond to a broad range of services provide firstline investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocate unresolved issues as appropriate. They will:
