Job Description
This position is located in Georgetown. Position will be MondayFriday for 2 hours in the evenings and will also be needed for 1 weekend day as well (Fri Sat or Sun). Additional information will be given during a phone interview.
This is a parttime position working 1617 hours a week in the evenings.
- All applicants must have a valid drivers license
- Must have their own legal reliable transportation
- Be drug and alcoholfree
- Background checks will be conducted
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customers buildings by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Overall duties include maintaining common space areas
- Perform all cleaning duties for the facility using provided ServiceMaster products tools and procedures
- Cleaning duties include: sweeping mopping emptying trash dusting cleaning and restocking restrooms
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Place safety hazard signs in the building including wet floor signs as necessary
- Standing walking pushing kneeling twisting and reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Will provide onthejob training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multitasked job is a must.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform dependable and on time
- Treat all coworkers and customers with courtesy and respect
