Lead Maintenance Technician

The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring prompt customer service to all maintenance repair requests and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident moveins through direct supervision. You will assure that the property meets all CohenEsrey standards for safety and appearance. You will keep track of inventory partner with management on priorities and budget. The Lead Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for CohenEsrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

2 years Maintenance Supervisor Experience
3 years of Maintenance Experience including light plumbing and electrical.
Ability to bend stoop lift carry push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
Ability to respond to afterhours emergencies.
Valid Drivers License
Basic tools required to include personal smart phone technology.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven 2 years of HVAC experience
HVAC Certified

Compensation* $2325
*Final agreedupon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
