Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic projects generating valuable insights.
  • Present information on industry trends market positioning and competitive research to aid strategic decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate across business lines and geographies to ensure strategic objectives are met presenting results and recommendations clearly.
  • Mobilize resources for corporate strategy projects tracking and reporting implementation progress.
  • Implement a strategic planning framework that engages leaders in effective dialogues and decisionmaking.
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence to keep the team informed of external developments.
  • Develop and report on global strategies impacting the Operations function delivering actionable insights to achieve strategic goals.
  • Analyze diverse data sources to provide meaningful measurable and actionable insights fostering a strong understanding of the broader business context.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a coop program at your postsecondary institution.
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration Management Economics Finance or STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it concisely comfortable with quantitative and financial analyses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities to articulate concepts and objectives clearly in diverse environments.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team building strategic partnerships and engaging key stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within tight timelines.
  • Good business acumen with an understanding of and interest in corporate strategy development and execution.
  • Prior industry or consulting experience is preferred.
